At the moment we ship almost to all Europe countries, Unites States, Canada, and Australia.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS:

STANDARD COURRIER SERVICE
This is the flat rate depending on your shipping address and type of selected product-s size, weight.
In normal conditions delivery in Europe could take from 2-14 business days depending on your shipping address. Delivery to US, Canada, and Australia could take from 10 to 30 business days.
This shipping method in Europe is provided by standard "door-to-door" courier service and with National post-service "Pošta Slovenije" for the US, Canada, and Australia.
Anyway, our rights are to change the courier provider one-sidedly.

IMPORTANT
1. Please, fill in your shipping address and phone number accurately and correctly. It can make life easier and the delivery faster:)
2. Usually, packaging and handing over your order to the shipping carrier takes 1-4 business days.
3. Delivery time can be changed depending on extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances. ( for example Weather conditions, Regional holidays, Local holidays, COV-19, etc.) We can't control all the things happening in the world but we can promise that we always do the best we can:)

Important Notes:
Please make sure that your delivery address is easealy accessible for shipping carriers. If your shipping destination has difficult access or is located in an area with increased delivery rates from the shipping provider, we may ask for additional payment or cancel your order.

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us at info@artino-green.com within 12 hours of your order placement.

ARTINO GREEN is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.

We always try to offer products that are in our warehouse, but shipping time may vary due to product availability. My ARTINO GREEN reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.
